Proper sleep is vital to your health and rejuvenation. You really need to take some time to learn how much sleep you need for you to feel your best. Too much may make you depressed and too little may bring on a sickness or disease.
It is always good to exercise to help your body function better and for you to feel great. However, exercising does release free radicals so don’t go overboard. Make sure that you drink enough water to release the toxins.
